Let me be the first to acknowledge the difficulties of investing into oneself. After a lifetime of "doing it myself", taking the backseat in the vehicle of self care, looking out for everyone else first, I had always done my damnest to silently make my own way, not need anyone else, figure it out on my own. Until... I hired my first coach! I made the (massive!) self investment, for the first time, into myself for the mere fact that it was my turn.     I had grown to a place I no longer felt it selfish to speak up, ask for what I needed, knew I deserved to love and invest in me, and I felt amazing giving myself that gift.
